One of the best ways to improve your heart health
is to go jogging. Running increases your heart rate which makes your heart
stronger and helps you lose weight. Yet for a variety of reasons, few people
are able to keep up with jogging for any extended period of time. Some
people choose to get a treadmill, but as everyone knows treadmills are
notorious for getting left in the corner, completely unused.

Elliptical machines do not impact your legs and
feet at all, allowing you to run further for longer. Outdoors, the hard,
uneven ground makes your legs tire out long before your heard does,
preventing you from getting the full benefits of the exercise. Ellipticals,
on the other hand, allow you to keep going so that you are able to only work
your heart and get the full exercise you require.
