Hudson El 3300 Elliptical Machine Review
The EL3300 elliptical trainer by Hudson gives customers a low-impact, highly effective workout. The EL3300 uses Eddy Current magnetic brakes, the same sort of system employed in the construction of modern roller coasters. This technology is distinct from the standard friction brake, which applies force to two objects for deceleration; Eddy brakes generate resistance by creating currents through electromagnetic induction. The EL3300 provides 8 different resistance levels, so users may customize their workout based on individual abilities and objectives. The EL3300 features a 1020 steel structure, formulated using tungsten inert gas (TIG) and metal inert gas (MIG) welding techniques, and works on a high quality system of bearings.
Though entirely sturdy, the frame is lightweight and small which makes it a space-efficient choice for residential, apartment, and hotel properties. For added convenience, the device is powered independently and does not require an outlet. The stride measures 18.5”, enabling shorter users to maintain a comfortable pace. With a variety of options including interval training and weight loss programs, the EL3300 allows you to vary your workout on the same machine. An easy-to-read electronic screen keeps track of distance, calories, heart rate, and speed. The EL3300 comes equipped with heart rate sensors on the handlebars, but target heart rate programs require a chest strap for usage. The EL3300 measures 102 x 17.5 x 56 inches and accommodates users up to 300 lbs. Hudson offers a one-year general warranty and a 30 day labor warranty.
One disadvantage you need to be aware of: some users have complained that this one has a weird foot pedal position that makes it kind of uncomfortable.
