The updated model of the Q-210C, offers the same qualities of the earlier model with updated features. It maintains the unobtrusive 44-inch length, with the benefit of a shorter step height.   With a 21-inch stride, Q-210H delivers a low impact workout, beneficial for those with sensitive joints. The sturdy steel frame ensures a smooth workout, while bioengineered handholds and protective foot pedals provide the utmost comfort.  The Q-210H uses a mid-level drive system, which encourages the user to balance themselves, which will better tone muscles in the core.  Quantum's units contain unique safety features that include a shorter step height and handrails on the sides. The ergonomically designed foot pedals will also help you to lessen strain on your feet. The Q-210H, includes pre-programmed options for your workout, which include manual, random, hill, and interval and also include a variety of different personalized training programs including 10K race, weight loss, heart rate, fat burn, and a fitness test. 

   

 

  

Quantum 210-H

The computerized display shows you personal workout data such as the resistance, heart rate, target zone, strides per minute, calories, calories per minute, and watts. It also maintains information from previous workouts so that users can track their progress. For added convenience, the Q-210H includes a bunch of accessories, such as a water bottle holder, an accessory rack, and removable handlebars.   The device measures 43.5 x 31.75 x 65 inches, and weighs 305 lbs with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. There is a lifetime warranty on the frame, a 5-year warranty on the parts, and a 1-year warranty on labor. 

Drawbacks: Reviewers appreciate the Q-210H’s stability and upgraded features. Like the Q-210C, the Q-210H comes 90% assembled and some users have had difficulties maneuvering the device’s bulky body. They have reported issues with customer support at Quantum. .
