This is an interesting pedal-only elliptical product. It is highly compact, measuring 20 inch by 12 inch in height, and weighs a measly 24 pounds. The Stamina 55-1610 is a lightweight elliptical trainer ideal for the user that needs to be able to bring this equipment around in various areas of the home, and even the office. The foot-pedal-only chassis makes this equipment easily stored. It has a low-impact design intended to protect the back, knees, hips, and ankles; additionally, an electronic monitor tracks strides, exercise time, and calories. You’ll need to be motivated in order to constantly us this product. Most users are used to larger cardio equipment. Additionally, larger users may not be able to comfortably use such a small machine. However, the price makes this an attractive option in terms of value. Basically, if you want something portable, so you can work out anywhere, or if you can't afford one of the bigger models, this one is for you.
